A Gray French Bulldog?

A Gray French Bulldog?

I’ve always liked that beautiful blue colour in Frenchies. Hey, if you had the money, and thats what you want, then great, get a stunning and rare blue Frenchie. Every blue frenchie, incl variations like lilac, platinum, Isabella, blue fawn, blue cream, blue & tan etc are genetically affected by Follicular Dysplasia – colour dilution alopeica. All blue Frenchies will come back as AFFECTED on their DNA test report. What is disturbing is that many breeders of blue puppies simply dismiss this, convincing buyers its ‘normal’ and of no concern. Ive noticed nearly all blue breeders will say with certainty that they’re blue breeding dogs have never displayed any symptoms. Hmm. What are your thoughts of blue Frenchies? And would you buy one knowing that your family pet may eventually go bald and itchy?
